1. Return window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unused
- Tags must be attached
- Items must be in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required (for example, your order confirmation email)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Cost
For returns due to a change of mind or for non-defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Restocking Fees
Hawley Mode does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
If your return meets the conditions outlined in this Return & Refund Policy, no restocking fee or handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
For non-defective items, customers remain responsible for return shipping costs as outlined above.
For defective or incorrect items confirmed by our support team, Hawley Mode covers return shipping costs and no restocking fees apply.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Description of the issue
Once confirmed, customers may choose between:
- A free replacement
- A full refund
Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items are covered by Hawley Mode.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and approving the returned item.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
